Can blood fixed with your TokuKits be used for scRNA-seq?

Maybe, but we have not tested this in-house. We have not found any publications that have fixed whole blood samples using the buffers in our TokuKits and used those samples for scRNA-seq. Therefore, you would need to test on your own to see if whole blood fixed with our TokuKits works with scRNA-seq.
