Blood-based cytometry signatures in Colorectal Cancer

We cover three studies investigating blood-based immune signatures in colorectal cancer: 

1. Krijgsman et al. (2019) using flow cytometry on 71 colorectal cancer patients and 19 healthy donors;
2. Zhang et al. (2024) using flow cytometry on 107 colorectal cancer patients and 182 healthy controls; and
3. Shinko et al. (2019) using mass cytometry on 10 patients.
