Cytometry input cell and CV calculator

Deceptively simple questions for translational scientists in cytometry:

"If I start with 2M cells, how many events can I expect per cell population? And what kind of CV?"

"If I have a target population and desired CV, how many input cells do I need to collect?"

To that end, we've created a simple, free calculator. You can go in "Forward" mode, where you start with an input cell amount (i.e. 1M cells), and estimate the number of cells per cell population. Or you can go in "Reverse" mode, where you start with your target population (i.e. Plasmablast), and your desired CV (i.e. 2%), and we calculate how many input cells you need.
